- Good command of Mandarin, English and Japanese speaking for communicate with Japanese clients and staffs

- Fresh graduated / back office exp. welcome!

- Familiar with MS words and Excel skills

- Working exp. in Japanese co. is highly preferred, stable employment history

Duties:

- Handle order follow up, delivery control and shipping documents

- Liaise with Japan HQ, clients and suppliers

- Report to local manager and Japanese Director
