Requirement:

- Native in Cantonese speaking, good command of English

- Tertiary education or above

- Min. 8yrs exp. in international express (small parcel) or Cross-Border E-Commerce logistics, over 3 years of managerial experience in sales or operations

- Strong track record in express routing, volumetric weight optimization and D2D SLA management

Responsibilities:

- To be a leader of department, oversee the daily operations of Sales and CS teams (export and import)

- Liaise with different internal & external parties to optimize the profitability and efficiency of business and operations

- Identify potential for defined areas and industries to ensure optimal conditions are met to explore and start new services

- Implement quality control and provide operational support for all business initiatives and strategic projects and key accounts

- Review, update and implement SOPs based on KPIs, performance metrics, feedback, and evolving business needs to streamline operations and boost efficiency

- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and report to senior management regularly
