(~45K) Warehouse Manager (Forwarder)

Requirement:

- Native in Cantonese speaking, good command of English

- Diploma or above, preferably in logistics or supply chain or other professional diploma e.g. IATA diploma

- Min. 10yrs exp. in warehouse / cold chain operations

- Exp. in management techniques in daily operations including stock control, company vehicle, department assets, roster, manpower arrangement, training and maintenance of quality KPIs

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage warehouse operations, cargo arrangement, transportation, stock control, manpower to ensure all quality KPIs are met under company’s and customer’s requirements

- Optimize the profitability, productivity and efficiency of the current warehouse operation so as to become LLP of the customers through well-articulated and achievable action plans and associated processes

- Design and implement warehouse management plan and support in business proposal to meet customer needs and to provide logically specific value to customers

- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly status reporting and forecast to superior via various systems and formats

- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, especially with Sales & CS and other operations departments to resolve business and daily operations issues
