Nature of Business: Japanese Manufacturing co. for Machinery Parts

Working Days: Mon to Fri

Responsibilities

- Liaise with customers and technical teams for engineering, quality, procurement issues

- Follow up on engineering projects to ensure smooth and timely delivery

- Collaborate with the head office supply chain team to handle sales order processing, customer inquiries, and overall coordination

- Provide real-time interpretation and translation (Japanese <> Chinese) between clients and Japanese technical teams.

Requirements:

- Native Cantonese speaker, good command of Japanese and English
- Exp. in client handling and order follow up

- Able to attend on site working
- Candidate with drive license will be highly preferred
