Nature of Business: Japanese co. for Luxury Products

Working Days: 5days

Responsibilities

- Handle client inquiries by mobile and calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Assist in client data base management
- Work closely with internal parties

Requirements:

- Native Cantonese speaker, good command of English and Mandarin
- Exp. in customer service/VIP exp.

- Good at Chinese typing, excel vlook up and pivot table
- Knowledge and passion in luxury brand will be an advantage
