Settlement Manager (Treasury Operations)

Requirement:

- Degree holder, Native in Cantonese and business level in English

- Over 5yrs banking exp. with min. 3yrs in a managerial role within treasury operations or related settlement functions

- Familiar with RTGS, SWIFT message system, exp. in ISO 20022/client servicing will be an advantage

Duties:

- Oversee daily treasury settlement operations to ensuring accurate transaction processing, effective controls, timely regulatory and internal reporting

- Lead projects to treasury settlement including system enhancements costing and workflow changes

- Manage and develop subordinates to ensure their work meets bank standards, conducting performance appraisals and fostering engagement

- Uphold regulatory, compliance and risk management requirement
