Requirements:

- Business level of Japanese and English speaking (Native Japanese speakers also welcome)

- Solid exp. in developing and implementing business systems (exp. in logistics management systems is highly preferred)

- Min. 5yrs of IT system engineer exp.

- Cross-departmental coordination skills and experience in training and manage team members

- Ability to identify problems, propose solutions and drive initiatives forward while engaging others

Duties:

- To improve logistics operation system by ICT to enhance customer satisfaction and meet their needs through data analysis

- Handle projects for the renewal of core systems (order/receiving systems) and the introduction of business systems

- Progress management of information sharing system projects

- To establish a competitive advantage through the promotion of DX

- Manage the progress of DX promotion plans aimed at solving management strategies and management challenges

- Handle planning of AI-powered inventory support system and development of delivery planning support system for various distribution centers in different countries

- Handle AI implementation of order placement and receiving systems (automatic sorting, bundling, shelf allocation and movement, inter-site shelf movement, etc.)
