Sales Assistant (Near MTR station)

Nature of Business: Japan based Manufacturing Co.

Working Days: Mon to Fri

Requirements:

- Min. 3yrs sales assistant exp. in Manufacturing co.

- Good command of English and Mandarin, Japanese speaking will be an advantage

- Exp. in component manufacturer or B to C industry preferred

- Strong in excel skills (Pivot table, vlook up etc.)

Duties:

- Handle order follow up, quotations, invoices and inventory control

- Support to Sales team and liaise with internal parties

- Prepare reports and handle sales admin support
