Project Management Assistant Manager (pharmaceuticals & supplements)

Requirements:

- Degree in relevant field (e.g.: Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nutrition, Business management, etc.)

- Good spoken & written in English, Japanese speaking will be an advantage

- Min. of 5yrs project management exp. in pharmaceuticals/supplements industry

- Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing, regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes

Duties:

- Supervise the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards

- Handle risk management, identify potential risks to project success and develop strategies to mitigate those risks proactively

- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports

- Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.

- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, meeting notes, and change logs
