Requirements:

- Fluent in Japanese, good command of English or Cantonese

- Min. 5yrs exp. in finance/ insurance industries

- IIQE holder preferred (Can be acquired after joining the company)

- Working/Dependent visa or PR holder welcome

Duties:

- Handle existing clients and prospective Japanese-speaking clients

- Conduct research, analyze and advice to meet client’s needs

- Manage the end-to-end process of arranging new cover, renewals, amendments, and claims

- Follow up on policy renewals, premium collections and provide ongoing advice and support.
