Requirements:

- Business level of Japanese (N2 or above), good command of English

- Solid exp. in corporate business planning and data analysis

- Basic understanding of accounting and finance

- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, troubleshooting and good at communication skills

*Candidate who has less experience will be considered as supervisor role

Duties:

- Assist to Japanese manager in management and business planning

- Handle data analysis, conduct market research, support to presentation and prepare business documents

- Manage cross-departmental management issues (sales expansion, cost reduction, and DX promotion) projects
