Requirement:

- Native in Cantonese speaking, good command of English and Mandarin.

- Min. 5yrs air transportation operations management exp. in forwarder / airline is a must.

- Exp. in handling Block Space Agreement (BSA)

- Strong connection and network in airline / forwarding industry and good at price negotiation skills

- Proficiency in analytical skills, operations software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

- As a team leader, to lead operations & warehouse team to ensure seamless daily operations and efficiency in airfreight export and import.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, agents and suppliers to secure best prices, contracts and sufficient cargo space.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to offer the best prices and solutions to meet the company’s target.

- Review, update and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on KPIs, performance metrics, feedback, and evolving business needs to streamline operations and boost efficiency.

- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and report to senior management regularly.
