- Good command of Japanese (N3 or above) and English

- Min. 3yrs full set shipping exp.

- Strong at excel and PowerPoint skills

Duties:

- Handle full set I/E documents including PL and invoice

- Update system and online related operations

- Coordinate with international forwarders for shipping schedule

- Conduct shipment booking and follow-up arrangements with carrier & courier

- Liaise with overseas head office traffic team, forwarders and suppliers
