Requirements:

- Business level of Japanese (N2 or above) and English

- Diploma or above with relevant qualification in logistics or shipping

- Min. 8yrs exp. in logistics operation (freight forwarding & warehousing) with min. 3yrs managerial exp.

- Full set shipping documents

Duties:

- Liaise with forwarders, shipping carriers and concerned departments to ensure timely delivery

- Ensure all necessary I/E documentation, permits and customs clearance are properly obtained

- Provide key support and initiative for tutoring and training, planning and scheduling

- Handle any logistics related issues or inquiries from customers and internal parties
