Work days: Mon to Fri

- Communicate with clients, sales and internal operation and warehouse team

- Handle shipment, billing and monthly statements

Requirement:

- Min. 3yrs Customer service / logistics operation exp.

- Good command of Japanese (N2 or above) and English

- Familiar with MS Excel skills, stable employment history

- Working exp. in logistics firm /Japanese company
