- Min. 2yrs sales assistant /shipping exp.

- Good command of Japanese, Mandarin and English

- Familiar with Excel vlook up and pivot table

- Exp. in shipping documents and tradelink will be an advantage

Duties:

- Handle order follow up, delivery control and quotation

- Handle I/E documents, booking and sales report

- Assist in inventory control and events (2 times per year)
