- Strong in staff assessment, training and contract issues

Duties:

- Perform full set of HR & Administration functions included but not limit to recruitment, staff education, appraisal and C&B, etc.

- Leadership, time management and manage various office administration duties

- Prepare reports and analysis for Japanese management review
