Assistant Manager (Sales assistant & accounting)

Nature of Business: Hong Kong co. for Vessel repair and maintenance

Working Days: 5 Days

Requirements:

- Native Cantonese speaking, good command of English and Mandarin

- Solid exp. in sales support and accounting (able to handle financial reports)

- Account staff management exp. is a must

- Able to work in small firm at industrial building

Duties:

- Supervise accounting staffs, perform acct. report checking and report to Japanese boss

- Handle order follow up, quotation and contract issues

- Liaise with clients, suppliers and overseas branches

- Assist in exhibition and simple admin duties
