Requirements:

- Good command of Japanese and English speaking

- Solid exp. in corporate planning & development with senior management capacity

- Hands-on exp. in ICT development & solutions is highly desirable (not a must)

- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, troubleshooting and communication skills

Duties:

- Develop, plan and execute mid to long-term business strategies, target and budget setting in each department to achieve goals

- Review company structure, relocation issues and long term human resources planning

- Driving new business development, M&A, CSR, compliance and overseas business expansion

- Furtherance ICT development to improve business efficiency & productivity and strengthen organizational capabilities
