Requirements:

- Diploma or above, business level in Japanese and English

- Min. 1yr back office working exp., familiar with MS word and excel

- Candidate with working exp. in IFA/Insurance brokerage will be highly preferred

- IIQE holder/able to attend IIQE exam

Duties:

- Handle insurance application processing and translation

- Process operational procedures with pre-sales and after sales services

- Handle enquiries from business partners
