- Degree holder with min. 3yrs+ exp. in HR field or related disciplines
- Good at communication skills, aggressive, earnest personality and willing to learn
- Business trip to PRC, Taiwan, Korea and Australia etc.

Duties:
- Handle HR and administration duties which include but not limited to recruitment, C&B, manpower planning, insurance and office administration etc.
- Formulate and lead the HR policies and systems
- Budget planning, perform analysis and risk management
- Occasional business trips are required
