Requirement:

- Higher Diploma or above

- Good command of English & Mandarin, Japanese speaking will be an advantage

- Min. 5yrs exp. in retail marketing, cosmetic/FMCG fields

- Working exp. in Japanese company will be an advantage

Duties:

- Formulate and implement retail business marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional activities in traditional, digital media platform and social media

- Communication with production house / agencies for marketing collaterals and visual merchandising

- Prepare sales report, marketing research and operational analysis

- Manage, lead marketing and beauty advisor team to achieve sales target
