Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in accounting / related disciplines

- Business level in Japanese (N1), English and Mandarin

- Min. 10yrs management exp. in Japanese manufacturing co.

- Full set acct, exp. in handle finance issues (CPA/ACCA holder is highly preferred)

Duties:

- Lead and manage Administration team (including Finance, Accounting, Planning, HRA functional areas)

- Handle developing, enforcing and reviewing policies, rules, procedures of the company

- Coordinate with division’s team members to handle budgeting and forecasting

- Manage daily operation activities of Administration Division especially on the Financial and Accounting areas. - - Report the monthly financial closing P/L result to Japanese MD and JP HQ

- Coordinate with related team members to prepare and submit various periodical reports
