Requirement:

- Higher Diploma or above in Marketing/Communications/Business or relevant disciplines.

- Good command of Japanese (N2 or above), English & Mandarin

- Min. 5yrs exp. in retail marketing, cosmetic field is highly preferred

- Candidate with less exp. will be considered as Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

Duties:

- Formulate and implement retail business marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional activities in traditional, digital media platform and social media

- Communication with production house / agencies for marketing collaterals and visual merchandising

- Prepare sales report, marketing research and operational analysis

- Manage, lead marketing and beauty advisor team to achieve sales target
