Nature of Business: Japanese co. for Luxury and high-end Products

Working Days: 5days

Responsibilities

- Handle daily operations and stock processing
- Provide Customer service to VIP clients
- Manage and update product details to SNS platforms

Requirements:

- Good command of Japanese (N3 level or above), English and Mandarin
- Fresh Welcome, working exp. in BtoC customer service/retails shop is highly preferred
- Knowledge of MS word and excel
