Responsibilities:

- Review, formulate and implement financial and accounting policies, procedures and guidelines

- Identify areas for continuous improvement to avoid risk and enhance internal control of operational activities and governance

- Handle tax issue, mainly for in-charging of BEPS, and communicate with related parties for planning and resolving

- Handle aggregation/ analysis and information sharing of whole entity and HK regional consolidated financial status

- Conduct regular review of end-to-end processes

Requirements:

- Degree in Accounting or related discipline

- Min. 5yrs exp. full set accounting, tax and internal control

- Good command of Japanese (N3 or above), English and Mandarin
