Working Days: 10:30AM~19:30PM, Shift working days (5days per week)

Responsibilities
- Handle shop daily operations and stock processing
- Provide Customer service to VIP clients
- Manage SNS platforms (e.g. Company Homepage, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
Requirements:
- Good command of Japanese (N3 or above), English and Mandarin
- Min. 2yrs CS or sales (especially retail sales) exp., candidate who has exp. in luxury items is highly preferred
- MS office (Word, Excel Vlookup and Pivot table, PowerPoint)
