- Good command of Japanese (N2 or above), English and Mandarin

- Min. 2yrs exp. in sales asst. /CS/ shipping / order follow up

Duties:

- Handle order follow up and assist in delivery issues

- Liaises with Japan HQ, suppliers and clients

- Prepare different kinds of reports
