Requirements:
- At least 2 years or above working experience as sales coordinator
- High proficiency in Mandarin and communication level of English
- Good in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Proactive, independent, good communication skills
Duties:
- Order follow up and daily operation process
- Liaise with internal parties and customers
- Shipping arrangement and delivery control
- Issue documents including invoices, L/C, declarations etc.
