- Min 5 years or above inside sales, customer service, sales support experience
- Proficiency in Japanese, English and Mandarin
- Holder of IIQE paper 1,2 is a big advantage
- Multi-tasking, good communication skills
Duties:
- Coordinate between clients, insurance companies, suppliers etc.
- Work with sales team for clients’ request
- Handle enquiries from clients and may need client visit
- Prepare documents, manage payments
- System maintenance (Sales Force)
